How Online Sessions Work
- 1. Book via our contact form or phone.
- 2. Receive a secure video link and preparation guide.
- 3. Join from a private space. Both partners together.
Video with a Riga practice, not a random directory
Bookings still go through info@winwintherapy.com and the same published hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 3pm, Latvia time. We can work around other time zones only where those hours overlap. If you can sit in the Centre, in-person couples therapy in central Riga is the other option.
Online Therapy Frequently Asked Questions
Is online couples therapy as effective as in-person?
Video sessions follow the same 2-hour format as in-person work in Riga. How useful they are depends on the couple, the issues, and a private, stable connection, not on the platform itself.
What technology do we need for online sessions?
You'll need a device with a camera and microphone, stable internet, and a private space where both partners can sit comfortably together.
How do you handle technical difficulties during sessions?
We provide setup guidance before your session and have backup communication methods. If technical issues arise, we adjust to ensure you receive the full session time.
Can online therapy help with cultural differences in relationships?
Yes. As a cross-cultural couple ourselves, Eva and Peter bring personal understanding to online sessions, helping international couples navigate cultural challenges regardless of location.
