Yes. Sessions are in English. Eva Ratfeldere is a psychotherapist registered to practise in Latvia. Peter Clark is a relationship coach and sits in the same room. The office is Čaka iela 83/85 (Aleksandra Čaka iela on maps), Riga LV-1011.
How long are therapy sessions?
Regular sessions are 2 hours. The first meeting is 90 minutes so we can learn your history and agree a plan.
Do you offer marriage counseling in Riga?
Yes. Married couples book the same English 2-hour format at Čaka iela 83/85 or by video. See the marriage counseling page for how that work is shaped.
Do you offer online therapy sessions?
Yes. Video sessions follow the same 2-hour format. How useful they are depends on the couple, the issues, and a private, stable connection. Bookings use Latvia hours.
What languages do you offer therapy in?

Yes. Couples travel from Jūrmala, Mārupe, Ķekava, Ādaži, Salaspils, and Riga districts. If you cannot reach the Centre, book video instead.
About Our Approach
What makes Win-Win Therapy different from other couples therapy practices?
We specialise in cross-cultural relationships and offer 2-hour sessions, longer than a typical 50-minute hour. Eva provides clinical psychotherapy. Peter is a relationship coach, not a psychotherapist. They work as a pair in Riga and by video.
Is Peter Clark a psychotherapist?
No. Peter is a relationship coach. Eva Ratfeldere provides clinical psychotherapy. They sit with you together.
Is this the same as therapy.lv or Eva's other listing?
No. Older pages on therapy.lv may show the same building and a different email. Win-Win Therapy bookings use info@winwintherapy.com on this site. Eva's public listing with the Latvian Psychotherapists Association is on psihoterapija.lv.
What is your experience with cross-cultural couples?
Cross-cultural relationships are the main focus. Eva and Peter are a Latvian-British pair. They work with mixed-nationality and expat couples living in Riga, and with couples who join by video.
What issues do you help couples with?
Communication, cultural difference, conflict, trust after a rupture, a move or visa, parenting disagreements, and general dissatisfaction. We are especially used to international and cross-cultural couples in Riga.
Is couples therapy confidential?
Sessions are treated as confidential, subject to professional ethics and applicable legal requirements (for example, risk of harm). See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Getting Started
How many sessions will we need?
There is no fixed number. Some couples book a short piece of work. Others stay longer. After the first meeting we agree a plan rather than promising a set result in a set number of sessions.
Do both partners need to attend every session?
Yes. Couples work here is for both of you in the room (or on the same video call). We do not run a parallel individual therapy track as part of this booking.
What if one partner is hesitant about therapy?
That is common. The first meeting is 90 minutes. You can ask how the format works before you commit to a longer piece of work. We do not pressure anyone to stay.
How do we book our first session?
Use the contact form, email info@winwintherapy.com, or call +371 26 385 599. We agree a time that works for both of you and send what you need before the first meeting.
What should we expect in the first session?
We get a history of the relationship, what each of you wants, and whether this format fits. You leave with a plan, not a guaranteed outcome.
