Our Story
We're Eva Ratfeldere and Peter Clark — a Latvian-British couple who know firsthand the joys and challenges of cross-cultural relationships. Our personal journey, combined with professional experience in therapy and coaching, led us to create Win-Win Therapy.
The idea began during international workshops on couple therapy. Hearing again and again, "You should work with couples together," inspired this shared practice grounded in collaboration and care.
Our goal is simple: a win for both partners — a relationship where each person feels heard, respected, and able to grow.

Meet the Team
Eva Ratfeldere — Psychotherapist
Eva is a registered psychotherapist in Latvia with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples. Her approach is rooted in existential psychotherapy, emphasising authenticity, responsibility, and meaningful change.
Professional focus: couples therapy, cross-cultural relationships, and helping partners heal relational patterns while building a stronger bond.
Languages: English, Latvian, and Russian.
Eva provides clinical psychotherapy. Her public listing with the Latvian Psychotherapists Association is on psihoterapija.lv. That page may still point at therapy.lv and eva@therapy.lv. We do not publish a registration number here. For current details, ask us when you book.
Peter Clark — Relationship Coach
Peter works alongside Eva as a relationship coach (not a clinical psychotherapist). He brings mentoring experience and practical perspectives on communication and personal growth.
In sessions he asks clarifying questions, offers observations, and helps both partners stay engaged — complementary to Eva's therapeutic work.
Language: Native English speaker.
Why Couples Choose a Therapist–Coach Team
You get clinical psychotherapy expertise plus a coaching perspective in the same room — so both partners often feel more balanced and less “ganged up on.” Sessions are available in English at our Riga office or online.
